Andrew Connor is the Founding Director of Mango Group. He has two decades of professional experience in human resources, global operations and non-profit leadership in roles spanning the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
Andrew spent four years as Vice President of an Asia-focused executive search and HR consulting firm in Bethesda, MD, where he managed full-cycle recruiting projects for major multinational corporations doing business in the Asia-Pacific region. He later spent more than a decade as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Eurasia Group (the world’s leading global political risk advisory and consulting firm) and was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Japan Society (a New York City nonprofit connecting the US and Japan from cultural and business perspectives). He continues to serve as a Senior Adviser to Japan Society and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Tahirih Justice Center, a non-profit legal aid organization in the Washington, DC area.
Andrew graduated summa cum laude from Hamilton College with a BA in Chinese language and Russian studies. He is globally-minded and has traveled to more than 45 countries, including time spent studying and living in the UK, Russia, China, and Bangladesh.
